A father, hoping for a quiet moment with his newspaper, is interrupted by his young son. To occupy him, the father tears out a page featuring a map of the world, cuts it into pieces, and asks the boy to reassemble it. To his surprise, the child returns moments later with the map perfectly restored. “How did you do it so quickly?” the father asks. The boy replies, “There was a picture of a man on the other side. I put the man back together, and the world came together, too.”
